Every time I visit, she is pleasant, professional, and always greets customers with a warm smile. Even when the post office is extremely busy and the lines are long, Marchell remains calm, organized, and patient. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure customers understand the process and what needs to be done. She also apologizes for any wait or inconvenience, which shows how much she genuinely cares about the people she serves. Working in a busy post office is not easy, but Marchell consistently maintains a positive attitude and provides exceptional service. Her professionalism, organization, and dedication to helping customers make a huge difference. They don't deliver packages to your front door, just dump in the unsecured Lobby which doors haven't had locks in 2 years Packages stolen all the time I have a Ring Camera video of the guy posting a Missed Delivery notice on my door. Meanwhile im home, he never rings doorbell or knocks on door L.A.Z.Y. he did this on several other doors also
