This is the worst post office so far! I lived in 3 states but this one is something. They never take a phone ( I called them one day 15 times to check if they ever use phone and know how to Pick it up). My main concern that they have personnel that couldn’t care less about your delivery. I’ve got signature certified letter that was pretty important and mailman wasn’t able to deliver it to me directly as it was requested. On the contrary, mailman got into the building, dropped a notice that I Missed the package when I was waiting at home for that letter ( plus, I’m working from home and always home during post delivery). Postman was so lazy to press the button on elevator and deliver me the letter as it was required or even leave it with our security at the front desk but instead mailman chose easy way to not do the job - just leave a notice, when 3 people at home including me and security at front desk were aware of that package and waiting! And that’s not the 1st time. They screwed change of address process for me, numerous times didn’t deliver my mail to me but neighbors , etc, etc. I lived in 3 states but I’ve never seen such a sloppy job in any of states except this post office. I don’t believe top management read reviews but I hope they do and replace all the stuff in this rotten place. I filed 2 complaints but they don’t call me back. Last time they called a week after the complaint, this time they don’t even bother to rush and call me when I requested it and escalated the request. They need serious trainings and completely new fresh team with new management.

This is by far the worst post office might as well go to the one near target. The only nice employee is the older white lady who’s been there for 30 years. The employee with the ray ban meta glasses & forearm tattoo has such an unpleasant unwelcoming demeanor. Didn’t even let me put in my email address to email my receipt because I lose my receipts often she manually skipped it over…

I don’t find it professional someone wearing Meta glasses dealing with private information. Certified mail should be signed by who it’s for. I have certified being signed by the wrong person. Mail saying I missed an important mail when no one even knocked at my door. I have a ring doorbell camera and I can see no one knocked at my door at the time. This is very unprofessional.

Worst experience of my entire life. My main complaint is the workers and how they treat customers. Dear USPS employees behind the desk. It is not my fault you chose to work at USPS. YOU did that by choice. So please stop acting life your life is miserable and PLEASE stop projecting it on me. On my visit to USPS today, I encountered a darker skinned lady with curly hair. She seemed younger and wore the USPS polo. She asked me to write down "From and To" for a package I was sending out. To my mistake, I wrote it down "To and From." I can take accountability for that. Upon handing her the package, she just says "don't come back to me if your package starts circulating in a circle because you wrote it wrong" and then proceeded to go on her phone??? Like I get I made a mistake, but you're not going to help me correct it? At least tell me what's wrong? I started making GUESSES at what I got wrong because Ms. Grumpy wouldn't say and when I finally guessed correctly, she hits me with the sassiest "I told you From and To". Sorry. I didn't know I had to be perfect to send out a package through USPS. Overall, this USPS needs to intervene and basically send all their employees for a courtesy course. Maybe they need to take a field trip to Chick-fil-a. Something needs to be done about these sassy workers because I promise you that there's worse things happening in the world right now than your dead end job behind the USPS desk. This was eye opening and will be taking my business to UPS or FedEx. My last experience with a UPS employee was pleasant and he even boxed up my package for me. USPS = Understaffed, Stressed, Poorly Supervised
