  I feel like I normally get frustrated at places like USPS, FEDEX, and yes even UPS. I can't say I have always had the easiest experiences but watching the employee named Samuel deal with the customer before me, who was not the easiest customer, and then experiencing the high level of customer service and care Samuel provided to me was something else. An errand I would normally dread is now 1 O don't mind. I hope Samuel gets promoted to a manager but I also hope he doesnt get transferred to a different store. Samuel is THE REASON I took the time to leave this 5 star review.

  Disappointed with the customer service at this location. I brought in a package that just needed a small piece of tape to close the box, and was told I'd be charged $1 for it. Tape costs next to nothing, and charging customers for something so minor feels like nickel-and-diming rather than genuine service. On top of that, there's no notice anywhere — not on their website, not in the store — warning customers that they'll be charged $1 just to tape a box closed. This should be disclosed upfront, not sprung on you at the counter. I understand The UPS Store locations are independently owned franchises and can set their own prices, but this kind of fee for a trivial request leaves a bad impression and makes me hesitant to return. Basic courtesies like this shouldn't come with a price tag, and if they do, customers deserve to know in advance.
