- SFSonia FuentesAug 21, 20261.0⭐ Very disappointing experience Google clearly states that this post office closes at 5:30 PM, so I arrived before that time expecting to be assisted. When I got there, I was told that they actually close at 5:00 PM. If that is the case, the hours listed on Google should be corrected so customers don't waste their time. What bothered me even more was the way the situation was handled. Instead of politely explaining the discrepancy, I was made to feel embarrassed and as if I was foolish for expecting service based on the hours they themselves have posted online. Customers deserve accurate information, professionalism, and respectful treatment. This was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.
