I regularly come to this UPS location for printing and scanning services, and even when I’m not completely organized, they are always patient and happy to help me. I truly appreciate their kindness and the excellent service they provide. Thank you for always making my experience a positive one!
- JLJenn LeeSep 26, 20263.0This is the first UPS store where they do NOT provide any tape. I was returning an item for Amazon that required a box and I asked if I could have some tape to tape my box and was quickly denied. However you go to the other locations such as South Beach or off Collins and they have the tape rollers there. I guess the owner here is cheap or maybe a new rule is my only guess. Who knows. I get it....tape costs alot I guess nowadays for a UPS store in the industry for delivering packages. Perhaps charge customers for the tape then. I didnt put 0 stars because there is an associate there that is always so sweet and pleasant. Not so much the one I dealt with today. Direct blunt, not even "apologies we arent able to provide this service" just straight we dont do that. Cool. Here's your review. Remember to fully tape and package everything first if you go to this location folks.
