  What a hassle to get a refund on a retur ned package. When asked why it was returned, no explanation could be given other that the possibly ship to address which was a actual business confirmed in their system. I paid for a shipping and insurance service which was not completed. The owner advised it was 3rd party problem? A service is a service, plain and simple. I paid it and you had no issues billing me an now you tell me it takes 45 days to get a refund after you open a claim with UPS? Horrible and will take my business elsewhere and report the issue elsewhere.

  My experience today was disappointing. CJ was rude, confrontational, and patronizing, turning what should have been a simple visit to print a prepaid shipping label into an unpleasant experience. I was also surprised by the fees charged for printing and a small amount of packing tape. The pricing felt excessive and left me feeling more like a transaction than a valued customer. I’ve had much better experiences at other UPS Stores, where the staff were consistently courteous and professional. In the future, I’ll gladly go out of my way to use FedEx Office or another shipping provider instead. Customer service is what earns repeat business, and unfortunately, that was completely absent during my visit. If this is how customers are treated, I can’t imagine this business earning much repeat business from anyone who has other options.

  Their store hours listed that they were open until 6:30PM. I had an emergency shipment that I needed to get out and I rushed over to them, arriving at 6:28PM. The door was locked. The staff behind the locked door refused to accommodate me and would not help. I wasn't 2 minutes after they closed asking for a favor, I was 2 minutes before they were scheduled to close. It speaks to their priorities and it was not to me as a customer. I recognize I was very late, but closing at 6:30 means the doors should be open until then.

  Be nice! Walked in with my Amazon return. Printed the return label for an easy transaction. The gal working the front of the house, awesome. The gentleman in the back, geez, be nice. Sorry I did not see your kiosk in the corner.
