- LLLJul 21, 20265.0the workers here are awesome and my goats , the bad reviews are mostly people who don't understand how the postal system works. also it's totally clean and fine so I don't really understand the reviews about it smelling or being dirty. it's actually pretty nice and well lit but it's also a post office not a restaurant so who cares
- EEeodbrentJun 18, 20261.0From your friends at Merriam-Webster-> Bend - transitive verb: 1: to constrain or strain to tension by curving. 2a: to turn or force from straight or even to curved or angular. 2b: to force from a proper shape. ...Why someone at this USPS thinks they're above this very clear and simple (objectively) request is beyond me. It's absolutely bonkers that this is acceptable to anyone receiving a paycheck. There are people with integrity that would never dream of being this neglectful and disrespectful to someone's property, and they're clearly not being hired. *edit* : similar and more extensive bending was done to my bachelor's diploma, and wife's graduate diploma. They (USPS) were batting with a full count. Strike 3 was this. *edit again* : look at these reviews...the leadership here is clearly a problem. No one cares.

As I got closer to the counter it got so much worse to the point I left with a migraine after being inside for 10 minutes. This needs to be fixed immediately before all of your employees become sick!! I quite literally smell lawsuits coming sooner than later at this facility!!

- LOLaura Ann OstermanJun 25, 20214.0What is the point of having a phone number if you don’t ever answer the phone? I agree with a lot of the other people about shoving things into the mailbox. If merchants are going to use USPS, the merchandise should be delivered on the porch. Making it fit in the box by shoving it in, doesn’t mean it should be in the box. My neighbors and I have also frequently had problems with getting each other’s mail! I don’t know what the turnaround is there, but It’s seriously disappointing that no one seems to care about quality, due diligence, and customer service at this post office. After I did actually go down to the post office, it seemed like such a peaceful place with respectful and caring people. I think there are just too many ways for tech. and the federal government to mess things up and that’s the US Government’s fault, not the local post office’s fault. I was also told that a supervisor was informed of the situation and dealt with it, for that reason I am choosing to change my rating from a 1 to a 4. All anyone in Niceville is asking for is for the post office to fix their mistakes and do better and they seem to at least be willing to do that. I will add the the post office and our mail person to my prayers and see if that helps.🙏🏻🇺🇸 I pray for patience everyday, this is one of the biggest challenges in that area. Just saying.
