- DDdianne downerOct 5, 20265.0A new employee named Madison was friendly, professional and happy to assist me. I have had several employees in the past not even smile or look you in the face. Madison was exceptional in her attitude which was refreshing.

Then you come in and a manager has a power trip over printing business cards that take 5 mins to Print and store was not busy. Then makes it a point to tell the other rep not to print his cards. Very disappointing one persons time not valuable than another’s. My task would take 5 mins. Took photo to show the empty store. Thanks Lost a client over a power trip ! Sad how one toxic employee can ruin a business for you. A task that takes 5 mins with already pdf! Sad that they would do other peoples printing instead of serving me when I came in.

I watched as Madison helped a customer with patience and kindness and a smile on her face. She eventually helped me and it was the same kindness, efficiency and speed.

As crazy as it sounds, I hadn’t shipped anything that didn’t already have a prepaid label before, but Madison was so sweet in helping me through that process. She made it quick and not intimidating!

They are relatable and make it easy to talk with them and explain what is needed. Mike has helped me a few times with pamphlet copies and he even was able to finagle the document I sent the location, so it could print correctly. This was something I did not even think to consider. Mike was kind and speedy and executed the job before I even realized it was not sent with the pages in the correct direction to make the pamphlet correctly. I will use them EVERYTIME! Thank you Niceville UPS TEAM!!
