- MSMatthew SuttonAug 15, 20261.0How is the city of New Smyrna Beach letting this location run the way it is? Having a 2.9 rating or below as a post office is the most embarrassing thing ever. Is there no job or customer service training? You work for the public. This is insane.

- LGLogan GerlachJul 28, 20262.0Having an entire roll of tape visible for use in the front, but having the caveat of only being available to priority mailing is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. You end up using the tape only having to remove it if you don't use priority shipping. All the while charging $4 for a roll of regular tape. Customers end up wasting more priority tape than it would cost them in regular tape to provide customers will not be going to USPS ever again
