- DEDashana EdwardsMay 26, 20263.0I am usually pretty calm and patient, however, my patience has grown very thin dealing with the people at this location. I have been to the location 4 times to get my change of address resolved. I knew what the problem was and what needed to be done, but kept getting the run around due to staff talking over me. The issue was simple, put change of address in and verify identity. I’m really not big on complaining, but it’s important to listen when being talked to and not just talk over others to get your point across. I’d like to highlight the Asian women, for being very assertive, kind, and listening and getting the issue resolved. (Sorry I didn’t get her name)
