I only wonder where my lost mail is going when it doesn't land in my mailbox. There is no excuse for this carelessness. I get an email telling me what pieces of mail I am supposed to get daily and then they are not delivered. Luckily today it is a card from a family member and not something more important. Aren't I entitled to get all of my mail delivered??
