  I have given this store several chances and the owner. Dave is very nasty condescending and inflexible! I tried again today and they wanted to charge me for an envelope that they get free from UPS.! Don’t go there!! And for the girl that called me, honey I’m not your honey. You need to be more professional!

  As a customer who witnessed this interaction firsthand, I feel the previous review does not accurately reflect what occurred. I was present during this interaction as I was checking my mailbox and at no time was the manager or staff at fault. The customer became upset only after being informed of the $2.00 service fee for what appeared to be an oversized package. At that point, he began using inappropriate language and making threats toward the staff. The manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire exchange. Before leaving, the customer stated that he would be posting a negative review, and the manager simply provided his name when requested. Based on what I witnessed, the staff handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to know that this review does not reflect the full story.

  Dave is very disrespectful. I asked for a 6in piece of tape and they wanted to charge me $2-$3 for it. I get if I needed actual packing with boxes and peanuts and all, but I needed one very small piece of tape. He legit told me "they don't pay us enough to give you supplies". They guy is insanely disrespectful. Not worth the trip to come to this store at all. I'll be calling corporate as well to make this complaint. Just completely disrespectful and dispicable. He was making rude comments about the way the girl in front of me packaged her item as well. On her way out she was rolling her eyes. I assume he's a store owner or manager the way he was talking.

  Gentlemen helped me package two Amazon items in the most affordable way possible and even opened the store ten minutes early because he saw me waiting Good service

  I love my local ups store! The folks there are always courteous, smiling, friendly and helpful.
