- RRRiri RNApr 23, 20261.0Attempted to call the post office and was greeted by an automated voice. I am not sure who approves this damn automated system, but it needs to stop. Anything I said, the robot misunderstood. I had to hang up and call several times, "operator" or "0" didn't do anything. Then I had to wait gor a text message for them to send me with another link to call am agent. Once called, then they have u pick ur choice of music to wait for an agent.🤣 This is absolutely ridiculous! I am out of state, so going down to the navarre post office isn't an option. Bring back HUMANS! Robots do no have a use for customer service over the phone or in person.

I waiting in line for less than a minute and she was able to confirm and update my address in less than 2 minutes. She was pleasant and courteous from the moment we arrived to when we left; all but 5 minutes. Shout out to Olya for 5 star service.

YET they do it with a great attitude and they move as quickly as they can to assist everyone (and the long lines that they typically have all the time. If anything they need more employees to be hired to meet the demand of the growth we are experiencing here. Shout out to Dianne and all the other employees there, I’ve always been helped gladly here!
