  I came to the UPS store in Navarre Florida with a vague idea of printing a sales flyers for my son's business. Keith listened intently on my idea of a sales flyer and made some really great suggestions. He went to work on developing an Amazing flyer far better than my original concept and the flyer Keith produced was a Home Run. We received almost immediate responses from potential customers requesting estimates. Thank you Keith and the UPS Store in Navarre Florida for helping grow my son's business.

  I had a great experience yesterday at the UPS Navarre location. One of employees Keith was a big help. I had to print a legal document, so instead of Keith just printing my document, he took extra time and noticed some things should be adjusted, so he took extra time and helped me correct the legal department before printing my copies. I really appreciate the extra time Keith took with my needs. That is a valuable employee

  I had to drop off a package to ship back to where I purchased it from. Several people in line however one of the employees was extremely helpful and helped me at the self serve kiosk. Super friendly.

  This is a friendly store, nice staff, efficient. However, in addition to the box rental fee ($180), they have now added a service fee of $10 per person per month. Their fee booklet says it is optional, but they are requiring it. See the red print. Does anyone know if there are other mail box rentals that don't add a service fee? (We need an alternative to USPS delivery: meds, frozen foods are left out in the heat.)
