I wanted to specifically highlight Sydney and the rest of the staff at this branch because every time I come in for business or mailing services, they make the experience welcoming and professional. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, and it genuinely makes a difference. The team does a fantastic job keeping the line moving as efficiently as possible, especially during busy rushes. Of course, it’s still the post office, so timing matters depending on when you go, but I’ve personally never had a bad experience at this location. I actually wanted to leave this review after previously having a terrible experience at another branch. I intentionally waited until after four or five separate visits here to see if the service, professionalism, and pricing stayed consistent — and they absolutely did. Every visit has been positive. The employees behind the counter always have solutions for any mailing or shipping issues and are willing to help instead of brushing people off. Even though this branch is an extra 5–10 minutes out of my way compared to my old location, I’d much rather come here because of the quality of service and the attitude of the staff. Great job to Sydney and the whole team for creating a welcoming environment and making customers feel taken care of.

I'm sorry that the line I had to wait in was about 20 people long. I was pleasant but unfortunately you are not. Do your job, after all that's what you get paid for.
