Hi i have had 3 packages not show up. Don't know where they went but what i do know is the picture the usps driver took as "proof" that they left it at my door wasn't even my doorstep as we do not have wood anywhere on our building like that. I would really like to know where my packages have gone. I'm incredibly livid about my experience.

Update to the previous post** (Down Below)—
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this United States Postal Service location. I’m writing this so others don’t waste their time or money here.
I routinely send out trading cards and mail small envelopes on a regular basis, so I know exactly how postage and certified mail pricing works. I’ve never had a single issue at any other USPS location—until I came here.
There is an employee at the counter named Zayhlin (photo attached in my review) who appears to either not understand USPS pricing or is deliberately making up her own rules. She attempted to charge me nearly $20 for certified mail on a small envelope that I have sent multiple times before for significantly less. When I calmly explained that I’ve had the exact same size and weight envelope processed at other locations without issue, she immediately became defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional.
What made the situation worse was her attitude. Instead of trying to help or clarify anything, she sat there smirking and laughing as if the situation was a joke—at my expense. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with her trying to overcharge or push incorrect pricing, which makes it feel less like a mistake and more like a pattern.
When I tried to have a normal conversation about how the system works and how certified mail is typically priced, it became clear she either has no idea what she’s talking about or refuses to acknowledge standard USPS procedures. She acted as if she personally dictates the rules for the entire location.
Let me be clear: I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other USPS office. Every other employee I’ve dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, and consistent with pricing.
If you’re in the area and need to send mail—especially anything important—do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location, specifically when this employee is working, is unreliable and frustrating.
To management or anyone affiliated with USPS: this is a serious issue. Customers should not be subjected to inconsistent pricing, poor treatment, or employees who disregard standard procedures. This reflects badly on the entire organization.
Continued Review: ***
After taking the time to actually review USPS policy—specifically what qualifies as “rigid”—and even pulling a previous receipt from this same location showing consistent pricing, I returned to try and resolve the issue in a calm and informed way.
Instead of receiving any help, I was immediately met with hostility. An employee was essentially positioned in line waiting for me, clearly anticipating a confrontation rather than trying to assist. When I brought up the actual USPS guidelines and showed proof of prior transactions, I was told—directly—that they did not care what the policy stated. And then she lied saying the prices went up but at check out that was proven wrong and no prices had changed.
It escalated further when I was then threatened with the police for simply trying to clarify pricing using their own rules. At that point, I chose not to engage any further, proceeded through the line, and just paid to get my letter sent out so I could leave without additional conflict.
The overall environment felt completely unprofessional. There’s a clear sense that the staff operates without accountability, as if standard procedures don’t apply to them and customers have no ability to question inconsistencies.
I sincerely hope this situation is reviewed, because this is not how a public service should be operating.

Typically we know how Post offices are, however I had to leave a review. Donna, one of the clerks, was absolutely amazing and helpful. Down to earth and made my international shipping a breeze. Thank you for being candid and real. Much appreciated

Love the little post office. Some staff have been here extremely long time. They know many of us. Can’t ask for more.
