The service at this site is absolutely disappointing. Two of the clerks in particular (women). They are not friendly and make customers feel like we are a bother. I just witnessed one of them raise her voice at a customer continuously, rolled her eyes and kept speaking to her in a condescending manner. She humiliated her in front of everyone. There was a long line of customers who witnessed this. She has spoken to me in a similar manner. This clerk needs to be spoken to. It’s unprofessional and creates a hostile environment for customers.

Upon arrival there was a line with five or six people ahead of me. While I waited, I noticed boxes sitting to the right on the counter but I paid particular interest to a box that had several bright orange stickers stating cremated remains. Shortly thereafter a USPS employee scanned the box with the remains and proceeded to DROP it casually into a plastic bin on the floor. I was in shock and her male coworker looked and her and said, you did not just…and gave her a look while shaking his head. She gave no thought to her action at all. The package should have been carefully and reverently placed in the bin if she had an ounce of respect. I was disgusted and shared what I saw with another female postal worker who helped me. She seemed as bothered by it as I was and was apologetic on her co-worker’s behalf. Clerk 46 who helped me was awesome and deserved 5 stars for her service but I could not give 5 stars overall based on the disrespectful treatment of cremated remains by the other postal worker.
