In particular, two gray-haired female employees appeared more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. They seemed willing to handle only the easiest tasks while avoiding more involved customer requests. Customer service and professionalism at this branch need significant improvement.

Yesterday, I had to go back again, and the line extended past the entrance and exit doors (there were only two windows open). I left; I didn't want to spend two hours of my time there.
