  We paid for two day service on an envelope and it still hasn’t been delivered seven days later. When we went to the UPS store to inquire they said that they couldn’t guarantee delivery. If that’s the case why did we pay for today service? When the staff member was questioned today she was extremely rude and disrespectful and then because very snotty in her remarks about the situation. If I could give negative stars I would at this point.

  I highly recommend this location on Pine Ridge Rd/Vineyards. I've never had anything but exceptional, friendly, professional service. When looking for a new UPS shipping location I was hesitant when I read some of the negative reviews, however after shipping from here for the last year +; they are nothing less than knowledgeable and helpful. I can't help but think maybe some of the negative reviews came from people just having a bad day.

  This is by far the best UPS Store in Naples! The family that owns and operates this location is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They consistently provide excellent customer service with a smile—especially the two young men, the owners' nephews, who are always professional, courteous, and eager to help. I actually go out of my way to use this location for all of my shipping and Amazon return needs because I know I'll always receive outstanding service. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely values its customers. Highly recommend this location!

  I would give this UPS Store location 1 star, and that’s being generous. The customer service is terrible. If you’re returning an Amazon package and don’t bring the box already sealed, they try to charge you for a tiny piece of tape. If you don’t have the return label printed, they charge you for that too. It feels like they’re trying to make money off every little thing instead of providing basic customer service. A business that handles shipping should have tape available for customers as part of the service, and printing a label should be offered at a fair cost, not at an inflated price. I’ve even seen people with very heavy boxes being told to take everything back home just because they forgot to seal the box or print the label. There is no flexibility, no empathy, and no willingness to help. Customer service should be about solving problems, not creating more. I will not be returning to this location.
