  I love this UPS store, I go out of my way to come to this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Employees like Gustavo have really gone above and beyond to make this a pleasant place to stop by. Very efficient!

  We have been using UPS for years for our small business and checking our P.O. Box at the 9th st address has been one of my highlights of my morning routine, Jim in the front end of operations is such a friendly person and he makes each stop enjoyable! His positive attitude and helpfulness for all our needs has been impeccable - he is amazing! Thanks Jim for just being you!!! You make it all happen!

  Great customer service! The staff is always pleasant, efficient, and professional. Jim is especially helpful and attentive, making every visit quick and easy. I’ve been to many UPS Stores, and this one has the best customer service by far—they always get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough good things about The UPS Store in downtown Naples. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, this team consistently goes above and beyond every time I walk through the door. Whether I’m shipping a valuable item, sending an important package overnight, or simply dropping off a return, they take the time to make sure everything is handled correctly. They carefully explain shipping options, verify addresses, provide accurate tracking information, and always make sure I leave confident that my package is in good hands. What really sets this location apart is the attitude of the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They greet customers with a smile, move quickly, and make even the most complicated shipments feel effortless. Unfortunately, that level of service isn’t always easy to find elsewhere. Compared to many of my experiences at FedEx locations, where customer service can feel rushed and indifferent, the team at this UPS Store consistently delivers a first-class experience. If you need packing, shipping, tracking assistance, or simply want to work with people who actually care about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
