- CCClaude CannafarinaSep 28, 20264.0UPDATE: After posting my original review, the owner, Matthew, personally called me to apologize and discuss what happened. He took the time to understand the issue and agreed that the mistake should have been avoided. I really appreciate when a business owner cares about their customers, listens to their concerns, and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. My original concern was that I received a $79 shipping quote on Saturday, then returned Monday with the exact same, unchanged package and was quoted $89 without a reasonable explanation. While the original experience was frustrating, Matthew's follow-up made a real difference. He handled the situation professionally and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers and his business. Thank you, Matthew, for taking the time to call me and address the issue. I really appreciate businesses that stand behind their customer service.

Everyone is so friendly, service is amazing, all employees know what they’re doing and it’s always a seamless experience…. If only this team could train all other stores in the same manner ;) wishful thinking. lol. But 5 starts for the Tamiami trail/third ave N location!
