Soon as I walked in with the car tires the guy with curly hair white. He was working with a younger teen girl. He gave me a weird look That meant I do not want to deal with tires today. He told me I need to print out the labels and it's going to cost me 4 dollars a piece. So that's 12 dollars. Plus he said he also have to put them in a box another 5 dollars a piece. 20 dollars. Also after when he saw the labels he said I have to call Amazon because each labes said 2 tires. I said yes 2 different return because I bought 2 tires one day than 2 days later 2 more. He than said I can't put one label in 2 tires. I than call Amazon 30 minutes on the phone and Amazon said no problem do one label on each will make adjustments here we already approved the four tires. Again he said no I can do that. He was rude and with an attitude. I told him from the beginning he didn't wanted to do this transaction When to the ups by downtown Naples in 41. We walked in the gentleman there welcome us with a greeting and a smile. Said we have 4 tires to return he said no problem he ask for the phone printed 4 labels gave us a receipt I ask him how much he said no charge. Amazon return is free. WOW! That's customer service. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes and get customer service like that. I will never return to your store when you have that type of employee that's giving your company bad service.
