We had a very atypical shipping need, the item was a very sentimental piece of art of an awkward size and he was so knowledgeable and understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! It is not everyday that you get customer service when it is obvious that the person you’re dealing with actually cares about you and your stuff. He also takes pride in his job and it shows. Thanks, Boston! You deserve a raise!! You run rings around PAK Mail down the street! We walked straight out of that place!

They work quickly but still make sure everything is done correctly. The store is clean, organized, and the whole process is always easy and stress-free.
