  BAD UPS Store. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and using a different UPS Store if you have the option. I came in to return an Amazon item, and they insisted on charging me $3 just to print the return label. The $3 itself is not the issue. The real problem was the arrogant, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant attitude. When a business handles something this simple with that kind of attitude, it naturally raises concerns about how they may handle more important shipping problems, damaged packages, claims, or other customer-service issues. I ended up going to a different UPS Store, where they processed the same Amazon return and printed the label at no charge, with no hassle. There are too many better options available to put up with this kind of service. Based on my experience, I would not return to this location.
