  The older gentleman refused to accept my 8", 34-pound package. The younger man agreed with him. When I inquired about their shipping policies, they tried to deceive me by saying their policies didn't allow shipping that size and that I should request a UPS truck to pick it up from my home. However, when I insisted that the policies didn't say that, they accepted the package, and to my surprise, they charged me an additional $40. I will never return to this place.

  Terrible customer service. Explained to store owner that I had called earlier in the day to get pricing, sizing info before shipping. Was told by store associate that it was easier if I purchased all online and all I had to do was drop it off. Store owner did not care at all. Besides store owner explaining that they aren’t affiliated with UPS even though it says UPS store I need to pay extra for packaging. Again pleaded my case that had I been told different over the phone I would have just come straight to store but. He holds no one accountable and I have already reported it to UPS to make them aware.

  I have been using this UPS store since they opened two years ago. Sonny, Lisa and Christian along the rest of the team have always assisted me with all my shipping needs, they are professional, attentive and knowledgeable. My to go location for any supplies, notary, printing and shipping needs.

  No matter when I visit this store, I am always treated with courtesy and kindness. I could be the first customer of the day or the 500th and I feel like I am the only one that matters to them at that moment. Remarkable customer service.
