  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. My package was handled quickly, and they made the entire shipping process easy and stress-free. They answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store and will definitely be coming back for my future shipping needs!

  I had a fantastic experience at UPS. The staff is incredibly efficient and helpful with shipping and receiving. When I bring in packages, even if it’s a bit complicated, they go out of their way to be polite, kind, and truly make the impossible happen. I highly recommend this location for any shipping needs!

  Always fast and efficient! Even though the store is usually busy since there was a huge need for a UPS store in this area, the staff always moves through the line and is very helpful as needed. Today, I had a newer associate who did a new type of return for me and he was still quick and very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

  We went to this location to return an Amazon package, Roseann an older lady was helping us. She had the world’s worst attitude. We had our package in the original box as Amazon shipped it to us and she was fighting with us over a 6 inch piece of tape. She stated she would not tape the box and would charge us six dollars for a tape roll in order to tape it another employee in the store taped A Amazon package next to us for a customer and Roseann looked visibly infuriated with the employee that he was being helpful to a customer. What a joke of an employee to treat a customer that way.

  I went to this location to return an Amazon order, I had the order in the original box it was shipped to me in. Rose Ann an employee treated us as if she would rather be doing anything else than helping us and told us we had to buy a bigger box even though it was all how it was shipped to us! Overall Rose Ann was less than helpful all the other staff in the store seemed like they were happy and wanted to help but she was arguing with them why we couldn’t return it in the original box! Her exact words were we don’t do things like this around here! I don’t write many reviews but Rose Ann is a terrible example of how you should treat a customer who uses your store for shipping all the time ! Horrible customer service we took the packages to ship them at another location!
