  ⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Sonny at this UPS Store. I went there to return an Amazon product, and my package was already in good condition. However, Sonny told me that I needed tape for the box. When I asked for a small piece of tape, he pointed out that the tape was right in front of him but told me in a rude and disrespectful manner that he could not give me any because they do not give anything away for free. What made the experience even worse was his unnecessary comment comparing the situation to going to a restaurant and expecting a free steak. I found this comment completely inappropriate and unprofessional. There was no need to speak to a customer that way over a small piece of tape. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service should always include courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, Sonny's attitude made this a very unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.

  This place is terrible. Most of the review here are likely bots or paid. They want to charge you probably for just breathing in the store. Won't help with anything and have a ton of rules that I have not seen at any other ups store.

  3/5 I arrived and there was no line, just me and two employees, so I expected it to be quick. Unfortunately, they took a long time to print my documents, printed duplicates, and missed some documents that were in the email. They also added an extra service charge that I haven’t seen at other locations. I won’t be printing here again.

  Brought in a box for a return and the person at the desk said they were not allowed to tape the box up and I needed to purchase a roll of tape to tape it up myself. I asked if I could borrow tape to do it myself and she again said no I needed to buy tape which I did. Then the employee next to her took my roll of tape and taped it up himself after they just told me they weren’t allowed to tape my box up. Ridiculous.
