  Honestly i have got some much assistance and patience from Sonny he was very helpful with me especially me being new to shipping and labeling he really took his time with me and being very understanding with me and my mother, usually people in my town wouldn’t be so patient and understanding the way he was and we need more people like him !!

  If zero stars was an option I would pick it. Absolute worst customer service in history. I came in with several Amazon returns, Amazon had directed me to this location, one of the boxes needed to be shored up with a small piece of tape and the store directed me to their expensive rolls on the wall for purchase rather than help with a supply they clearly have and should be available. I would have paid for a strip of tape over buying a roll off the wall. I ship enough to be a valuable customer and won't go to this location ever again.

  I had a great experience with UPS. Everything was handled professionally, the service was reliable, and my package arrived exactly when it was supposed to. The tracking updates were helpful, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the hard work of the UPS team and the effort they put into making sure everything gets where it needs to go. Great job!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Service – Sonny & His Team Are the Best!I cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store! The owner, Sonny, runs an absolutely incredible operation, and his entire crew goes above and beyond every single time I walk through the door.A special shoutout to Christian, who provided stellar customer service during my visit. He was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful with my shipping needs.It is rare to find a business that consistently delivers this level of care, efficiency, and friendliness. Whether you are shipping packages, printing, or returning items, Sonny and his team will take amazing care of you. This is hands-down the best UPS Store around, and they have earned a customer for life! Highly recommend!

  Updated Review; I'm increasing the number of stores to five, based on a couple revelations I've had over the past few days . Based on fact and function instead of how my emotions were reved up and those of a 1 particularl family member of mine that was 100% added fueled to the fire. That is a mistake: taking somebody else's experience and combining it with yours. It's not fair to the people that work there. The next day I Went and returned during normal hours by LOL and as usual I was greeted with professional, fast, and friendly staff. That place is a place that you want to be in and out of. You don't want to be waiting in lines and people taking forever and they're very efficient. Based on those factors alone I have to give them nothing but 5s. They're a great team. The next day when I returned to the UPS store, I was confronte⁷.d by the manager, Sonny, and I guess he knew it was me due to my disability, which I owned up to. Even though I did hand my phone while I was driving hommmm to have a family member finish it for me, lesson learned.
