She was able to help me download the template on my phone-email it to the store- help me find the perfect stock paper to print the invitation on- print it out- have it cut to a custom size…all while handling a long line of Amazon returns at the same time. And you know what, she was smiling the whole time, juggling multiple customers at the same time! This woman is worth her weight in gold! It’s hard to find Associates that work so diligently, calmly and professionally! Staples, Karen deserves a raise! ❤️

Not sure why. Anyway I appreciate your team & all the do. On another note I had a photo taken for my passport, but it turned out not the picture was off for an upload. I came back & had no issue getting another picture taken. That picture worked perfectly. The staff here are awesome, friendly & always willing to help. Keep up the great job team.
