  I am the worst nightmare when it comes to closings. I am especially annoying as a buying homeowner. I cannot say enough about the work that FirstAm did for us. They patiently answered all of my ridiculous questions and comforted me through the entire process :) We have moved a few times in the past 5 years and FirstAm was the best. A shout out goes to April, MJ and Janice with an even bigger shout out to Sarah who had to babysit me through the entire process, no matter what hour of the day! Thank you all so much!!!

  Poor communication, professionalism, ans preparedness. Terrible at returning phone calls when the mistake was on their end. Made excuses for their errors along the way, and blamed everyone but themselves, and didn't even offer any other answer besides "there's nothing we can do". Terrible experience. While in office at closing, they even had to rewrite b yclosing costs because they couldn't add, and I had to bring it up. The professionals that I had expressed that they have NEVER had any experience like this in all the years they have been in the business. I only gave 1 star because I couldnt give zero!

  I have been working with April Ritchie and her First American Title team here in Naples for close to 10 years now. They are my very preferred title and closing company. The communication during a transaction is second to none. Even when things seem to be falling apart around, they are always so calm and professional. Karly Mitchell has been my point of contact there for close to 5 years now, and I can't tell you how important she is to my customers and my business. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are communicated with and understand the process. I have often received emails and communications after hours wrapping things up or providing updates. The First American Title team here in Naples is the best, and they all make the closing process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend their services.
