  They need to hire more staff. The woman that works here (seems to be in charge) is very combative and shouldn’t be client facing.

  Usually quick in / out process. Not yesterday 10 people waiting in line for 1 agent to process shipments.

  They promised prints by following day then print manager tells me it’s going to be a whole other day because the prioritize online order which was never mentioned before. So online orders is same day print but if you email and order it takes 2 days. Very disappointing - will not be getting prinys for my business from here again.

  This FED EX office offers exceptional helpful knowledgeable service, on my visits I have received excellent service from Alejandra. The store provides easy access and plenty of parking, plus a major plus, FED EX now has better prices than USPS on two day service!!! FED EX is the best overnight and shipping service, they're reliable, you know you're package will arrive on time.
