  Applied for a home here at they took my $100 application fee then re-listed the home on the site as available and never heard back from them.

  We love the team and overall quality of seven shores the attention to detail and prompt response are superb. We are renting at bb for now but hope to purchase lot n build dream home soon. Gabby at office was exceptional. Congrats seven shores on building a home for us lucky community

  The maintenance manager Don always does an incredible job. He is very attentive to the service requests and gets on them very timely. If he’s not able to perform, he brings in a third-party vendor and ensures the job is completed quickly and to our satisfaction.

  Gabby Breese is phenomenal to work with. She’s on top of everything and answered every question I had. The tour of property was amazing. From the pickle ball courts to the yoga studio, I was really impressed. Gabby did a great job presenting and I’m looking forward to Naples!
