  I wish didn’t even have to give 1 star, but this location deserves zero stars regarding their customer service! The employee keyed in the incorrect address which was provided to him directly from my cell which he held in his hand while he was typing the address. Although they admitted that they made the mistake, they refused to resend my package to the correct address for no charge. They advised that I should’ve verified the address. However, the address was one digit off and it looked correct when I was looking at the screen. Plus their system should’ve verified that the address was wrong like it does at the USPS. I Will never go there again plus I advise everyone to be careful going there because they will make a mistake on the address and then not refund you for their mistake. Plus you can send packages from the USPS which is right down the street for a lot cheaper.

  I went in there to do a package return because it was popping up invalid at the post office and I got yelled at and spoke to like I was stupid. That was unnecessary
