  If I could leave a negative star I would. If you are shipping out of this location be warn they will not be of any help. Shipped out my $4000 surgical loupes on April 17, haven’t gotten any update that my package was delivered so tracked it on April 27 to find out it’s still in central Florida and hasn’t moved since April 17. I called ups Mount Dora to find out what is going on and the staff literally said “it’s at long wood hub location which is a bad location, here’s a number to call though” If it is known that the hub where all the ups packages go to is a “bad location” why hasn’t this brought to the higher ups and also why hasn’t this been told to customers trusting ups with their packages? My package is lost and so is my surgical loupes that I use to provide dental care to my patients. Do not trust this location or any ups location in central Florida. “The hub is a bad location”

  I had 6 separate returns to go into one bag. Abanii helped me through the return process with patience. When I set a bag down and accidentally hit her keyboard which froze up, she was understanding, made it about the customer, and just kept on with the return. Loved her smile and welcoming friendliness. Staff seemed to like each other as well which makes all the difference for the energy in the place.

  I was shipping a big item from Florida to Pennsylvania. Avanii, a manager at store 6683 helped me and she was excellent. As a person that has worked in customer service for most of my life, Avanii is a breath of fresh air. She was extremely helpful and a complete pleasure to speak to. In this day and age, where customer service is a lost art, Avanii is a gem!! I cannot express how satisfied I was with her service. I will definitely go to her store with all of my shopping needs!!

  This is quite possibly the worst UPS store I've ever been to. I first went to this location to get documents notarized and was scolded by the person attending us for having filled out most of the information in the document and just leaving the last page blank. While I understand that may be the procedure, the way she handled the situation was very rude, even telling us to "go back home and reprint it" when we could have easily reprinted it there, if needed. However, I figured this was just one employee and she could have been having an off day. This past weekend I went in to send in some very important documents that I need delivered next day. Given that it is the weekend, I figured we would be lucky to get them to their location by Monday. The young woman who attended us, assured us that our package would arrive by Monday at 10:30am. Her manager was sitting right by her eating lunch in front of customers and could have also mentioned the possibility of it not arriving on time (which I assume she would be more knowledgable). By noon Monday the tracking number showed that the package hasn't even been picked up. Again, I understand that it having been the weekend, there may not have been service but she should have communicated this clearly to us so that we could have found other shipping options. Even though they are the closest to me, I am happy that there are plenty of other shipping options in the area and will never be using this location again.
