  I wish I can give no reviews they need to train they employees when they come out to deliver packages to residents like apartments they need to make sure the checking the right building and apt number they stay sending my packages to other buildings I have yet to get a call back from whoever the guys was that answered my call this is the 3rd time my packages went elsewhere I always check my neighbor door camera so I can definitely confirm no one dressed in a USPS uniform came to my home to leave a package I’m still waiting on my call I also get mail from other building in which I’m doing you guys job by taking it to the correct buildings myself . Common sense Will tell you guys if there is a package to be delivered to a residence your carriers should have the common sense to knock on the door. Confirm the name on the package ask them to make sure you at the right place if not take the damn pkg back I will be speaking to corporate because nothing gets done about this issue and the mail you guys place in my mailbox is alway important mail people need like IRS, Dcf , and social security I’m sure these people need this mail which is why I take it to their building because your mail carriers are never following directions if you reconfirm addresses and apt numbers and building you won’t have this problem there should be no excuses.

  Very disappointed with USPS service in this location. I run a small business and have requested a regular daily package pickup, but carriers rarely show up as scheduled. Missed pickups cause shipping delays and affect my business. The supervisors and mail carriers do not seem to take responsibility for business customers. Their behavior is often very rude, and it is difficult to get help or accountability when pickups are missed. Business customers rely on dependable service, and USPS needs to improve its reliability, professionalism, and customer support.

  Ridiculous, as of today I still haven't received my package. They keep saying that it was left in a parcel box. If it was then the carrier placed the key that was ment to be put in my mail box . They had to have put it in someone's else's mail box. Because I didn't receive 💩. I was told to file a claim, but they didn't tell me how.this is Ridiculous. If I can give 0 🌟 i would.
