He told me the package that they did not forward to my correct forwarding address would be forwarded. Instead they sent it back to the sender. This was very important documents that I needed. They do not care.

This past year, I had an issue with my broken mailbox, and even then he would always step out of his truck to carefully deliver the mail. He never complained, always kind and always with a smile. His dedication and humility have meant so much to me and my family. I give him five stars and more without hesitation.” I will personally look 👀 in my neighborhood to see if anyone needs help fixing their mailbox 📪 and help them out

Consistently had mail “conveniently” get lost when it’s jewelry or gift cards. Consistently had horrible customer service with claims that they will follow up or claims that someone will call me. Isn’t it time that the postal service gets dismantled ??
