  The door was closed and locked in my face a few minutes before closing with a prepaid labeled package in hand. I told the UPS representative I was only going to drop it off and she still refused to open the door. Now I have to drive 20 minutes another day to this location because this person didn't want to do 20 seconds worth of work. Lazy workers with no regard for customer service. I've been to this location before and Ive had awful experiences with the same rep. Don't know her name but she always seems uninterested in helping and distracted. She never greets and never talks. Short, hispanic, always has a bored look. Hope she gets retrained.
