  I’ve never had a bad experience here and I go here multiple times a month to do Amazon returns. The staff is quick, helpful and attentive. I’m not gonna lie. They don’t smile much but that doesn’t mean they don’t give me great customer service. lol. The biggest reason for my five stars is their patience. When you come in with a lot of packages and multiple return labels, you can get a little discombobulated and I’ve never felt like they were rushing me even when other people are waiting. I’ve walked in five minutes before closing on a Friday and got the same energy as 12 in the afternoon.

  Jaime at this location was so helpful to me. I had spent the night before on the customer service line with the worst experience of my life. Nobody could help me. Nobody wanted to do anything for me and I spent well over a $100 shipping an item, but Jamie took care of it for me.

What truly exceeded my expectations was that, after determining the best solution, they resent my package at no additional cost.
