  Every order came wrong. Ordered 16 oz glass, got 8 oz or plastic every single month. Called over a dozen times, nobody calls back. Sent dozens of emails, no response. Chat agent ended the conversation on me mid-complaint. They promised refunds and never sent them, promised to pick up the wrong product and it’s been sitting in my garage for months. Still trying to bill me for orders they never got right. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Don't fall for this, it's a scam. They have a salesman at BJ's that would lie to your face in order to get you buy this subscription, but when you find out about the lies and want to cancel they charge you 50 dollars for cancelling and he never said that. He said you have no obligation and can cancel anytime without penalties. BULL CRAP, THEY'RE FULL OF IT !! DON'T FALL FOR THIS !!

  I would give less then 1 if I could. Been waiting for a week for my water. In the meanwhile need to keep buying water at the store. They don’t explain they just keep rescheduling your delivery. I don’t recommend to anyone to use them!
