- CKColleen KelleyApr 21, 20261.0Where do I start!!! I went into the Santa Rosa Beach PO to complete a basic address change today 4/20/26. CJ the employee at the counter ripped my form in half and told me it was all wrong. The interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. After she "gave me a chance" she said I had done it correctly, I understand that mistakes happen, but customers should be treated with basic respect and given clear, accurate guidance—especially for something as straightforward as an address change. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this location. CJ is always rude... it's very disappointing if you are not going to give her guidance on how to treat customers can you post when she goes to lunch so I schedule my trips to post office then. Customers shouldn’t have to plan their visits around avoiding a specific employee just to receive respectful service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better guidance and oversight to ensure a more professional and courteous experience for everyone.

She was rude to a fellow employee Cathy who is possibly the kindness employee!! CJ needs to displined...her dismissive tone, impatience nature and out right disrespect. CJ's behavior not only creates unnecessary tension within the team!!! CJ is damaging relationships with customers. CJ needs to be attending customer care classes!!
