  Charged $250.00 for overnight shipping of an important package from Milton, to Tallahassee. The package was not delivered on time and UPS refused a refund for the service level. If you need packages delivered on time in the area I would recommend delivering them yourself. It will be quicker and cheaper than using UPS.

  The staff was polite and the location is convenient. However, I was disappointed that this store does not accept USPS drop-offs, even though drop-off information appears online. This was confusing and resulted in an unnecessary trip. Clearer information about which carriers are accepted would be helpful.

  I needed a mailbox for my small business. There were no customers at the counter, but three employees behind the counter. I was told that they were "slammed," and they invited me to come back tomorrow. I thanked them, and told them that I would, instead, open my mailbox at the Pace location. The Pace location seemed genuinely pleased to have my business.

  Kristen and Chasity were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and helpful when I came in to print a label and ship a phone out. They helped me very quickly and advised the correct way to pack my cell phone safely. It's always great to have amazing customer service.
