I had dropped off about 35 eBay orders and they didn't scan 15 of them, and now my customers can say they didnt recieve an item even if they did since there is no scan for tracking. Its just so dumb I have to refund them because this post office sucks.

Took over a month for my mom to receive her Mother's Day card, her hold mail card was processed AFTER she returned from vacation, wrong mail gets delivered, and worst of all a xmas card containing $100 worth of gift cards was "lost." Absolutely horrible. I send gift cards thru Amazon now.
