I had another disappointing experience at this post office. There were only about five people in line, but the wait became unnecessarily long because the manager (the woman with the bob haircut) allowed a customer to stand at the counter for several minutes while making a phone call to verify an address. Instead of asking the customer to step aside and helping the next person, everyone else was left waiting for about five minutes. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delays like this. It seems to happen regularly, and from my perspective, some customers appear to receive different treatment than others. Whether that’s intentional or not, the inconsistent handling of customers makes the experience frustrating. Good customer service means keeping the line moving while accommodating customers when possible. Asking someone to step aside until they have the needed information would be a much more efficient approach for everyone. As a manager and employee who has worked here a very long time, she is aware and it depends on who is next in line.

Worst post office ever. Takes them forever to process mail. Took over a month for my mom to receive her Mother's Day card, her hold mail card was processed AFTER she returned from vacation, wrong mail gets delivered, and worst of all a xmas card containing $100 worth of gift cards was "lost." Absolutely horrible. I send gift cards thru Amazon now.

Ordered stamps (2 books) $31.20 on April 1 with the orange order envelope. Stamps usually arrive in my mail box the next day. Nothing was returned and now I'm paying $15.00 to stop payment on the check and still have no stamps. Have had repeated problems getting the correct mail, having outgoing mail picked up, etc. I am disgusted with what was once a great service!

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I came in with prepaid USPS Ground Advantage labels for items I’ve already shipped successfully multiple times. One clerk insisted my package could not be shipped without additional “hazmat” labeling, even though the label clearly indicated Ground Advantage. After leaving and returning, I was then told conflicting information—that Ground Advantage “might” travel by air and that I would be liable without additional markings. This directly contradicted what I’ve been told previously and what other USPS employees have processed without issue. This inconsistency led to unnecessary delays, confusion, and wasted time. Customers should not receive different rules depending on which employee they speak to. Staff should be properly trained on standard shipping procedures, especially for common items like consumer electronics. I ended up having to leave and go elsewhere just to complete a basic shipment. Very disappointing experience.
