1 star for UPS in general. Don’t pay for UPS next day air on a Friday because it won’t actually get there until Monday and the employees won’t tell you that because they want to profit off of people’s desperation. Even if it’s vital medical supplies, apparently next day delivery doesn’t actually mean the next day. Read and confirm ALL of your information before paying because the employees will not be honest with you. Perfect example of corporate greed.

Joe was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful while assisting us with multiple Amazon returns, especially since we didn’t have any receipts. He also went above and beyond by helping us move several heavy packages to our vehicle. We truly appreciate his effort, patience, and dedication to providing such great customer service. Joe definitely deserves recognition for making our experience so easy and pleasant!

I’ve got to give a huge shout out Alberta today for helping me with a notary issue that I made unnecessarily complicated. lol. I was able to get some very important documents signed and sent out today because of her instead of being hit with another delay. Thank you so much. Give her raise!
