  I just visited the UPS store in Middleburg, Florida. The employees that were working there today were both really helpful. The nicest UPS store I’ve used ever.

  This afternoon, I went to this UPS Store with a project I had been dreading. I needed four documents notarized, multiple copies made of three different packages and then needed them mailed. In spite of all the work, the manager was able to help me with everything while his competent staff took care of the many other customers they had. I have been to quite a few other UPS Stores that were good, but this particular store was above excellent. I can see why everyone comes here. The entire staff is wonderful and I appreciate them so much!

  The staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. However, I did want to mention that the scanning fees seem a bit high. For instance, I was charged $5.38 to have a single page scanned. I would appreciate it if you could look into this pricing. Overall a great place.

  I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jesus he was amazing very professional and very quick with the service. He explained everything very well and I appreciate him guiding me through my service. He should get a raise!!!!!!

  I've been meaning to write rhis review for a while. I'm so Happy this location opened, before I had to drive into Orange park once a week for returns about 10-15 mins away.. Now it's right down the road. And what makes it even better is The Owners/ Operators of this location are truly genuine & very helpful.
