They don't and they don't have to work on your schedule, they don't have to do anything you like so quit it already. This is how it is and the more you nag about it, the less of a chance that any USPS place will improve.. Such babies!!!

- MVMelisa VelezMay 16, 20261.0I went there to return a package with a QR code that I received from the company. When I walked in the older ( I can’t even say gentlemen) was sarcastic first thing. He was like do you think your box is going to fit through the window instead of directing me where I needed to go to get service. He rather give you a hard time than help you. The company gave me the wrong type of label for what I had to return. He rather talk down to you then help you. I was trying to ask him if I could buy the correct label being that I just wanted to make the return. He would not let me get a word in. I just took my package and wished him a wonderful day. This is the closest post office by me but I would never go back to do anything there. He is a miserable person who should not be treating customers that way.
