Once I’m going the so called manager then approached stated it had to go ground then couldn’t even give me a humane answer to see if there was a possibility it could make it on time. Which was the 23rd. And then said she couldn’t tell me when it would get there and made me pay an envelope without shipping cause I wrote on it after her associate told me it was fine. This is why I prefer FedEx.
