- NNNathyJun 24, 20262.011 people in line at peak time, with only 1 post office worker for all of it. It's not right how consistently understaffed the public-facing side of this post office is. No wonder the staff is exasperated and even rude at times. I think they are overwhelmed. This post office is very much needed and in use! There's always people in line here. Would love to see more staff out front and more care and maintenance for this facility! The outside is always in disarray with a ton of trash around, and the inside looks very worn down, almost abandoned. Vibes are important for community well-being, but better customer service is what's most desperately needed!

I have an issue with my mail being lost and they told me how to fill out a form to keep it in the post office for 30 days and I can pick it up or they even send it to me when my issue is resolved.

Dislike the manner she was speaking towards a non English speaking person. Was hollering across the window as if they were deaf, and as I was translating she was huffing and just being disrespectful under her breath. Even threw the money through the slot. Honestly was disgusted by the treatment. Post office needs to be more careful with who they hire as a front desk to work with customers. Before you write an apology, change your staff first.
