  West Kendall is one of the most densely populated areas in Miami, yet the West Kendall Post Office is one of the smallest postal facilities serving the community. As a result, customers routinely experience wait times of more than 30 minutes, with lines often extending outside the building. The U.S. Postal Service should take steps to better serve this growing community by expanding the existing West Kendall Post Office or relocating it to a larger facility that can accommodate the area's population and demand. Residents deserve a post office with sufficient space, staffing, and resources to provide timely and efficient service.

  Repeated Poor Customer Service at USPS Kendall Branch (147th Ave & Kendall Dr.) I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated service failures at the USPS office located at 147th Avenue and Kendall Drive. In the past four weeks, I have visited this location three times, and on each occasion I was unable to complete my transaction. June 8, 2026:The system was down, the retail counter was closed, and only prepaid packages were being accepted by one employee. June 22, 2026: Once again, the system was down and no customer services were available. July 7, 2026: Although the office appeared to be operating normally and I was able to use a self-service kiosk to print shipping labels and receipts, I discovered that all package drop-off windows, including the large stainless-steel parcel chute, were screwed shut and inaccessible. A handwritten note instructed customers to take their packages to the service counter instead. Unfortunately, there were at least 10 customers waiting in line for the same reason, defeating the purpose of having self-service kiosks and creating unnecessary delays. As a result, I had no choice but to leave and drive five miles to the SNAPPER CREEK USPS office at 104th Street, where I was able to complete my transaction without any issues. It is extremely disappointing to experience three service failures in such a short period. I respectfully request that USPS review the operations at this branch and take the necessary steps to ensure customers can rely on the services being offered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Este es, sin duda, el peor USPS al que he ido. El trato al cliente es terrible. Siempre atienden de mala manera, no explican nada y, si tienes el más mínimo error, te hacen volver a hacer toda la fila en lugar de ayudarte. Hay una señora que tiene muy malos modales y parece no tener ninguna intención de asistir a las personas. Todo el personal parece estar siempre de mal humor. Incluso antes de terminar con un cliente, ya están llamando al siguiente, haciendo que uno se sienta apresurado e incómodo. La forma en que miran y tratan a la gente da la impresión de que se creen superiores a los demás. Una atención al cliente tan mala es inaceptable. No recomiendo a nadie visitar este USPS.

  CONSISTENT HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am baffled why UPPER MANAGEMENT DOESN'T FIRE THE BAD PEOPLE THERE with such BAD ratings and NUMEROUS complaints filed against them. The last straw was they closed early AT 3 PM when they close at 5:30 when they only had ONE bad person there manning the desk AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY OF SAYING TO ME THAT THEY WILL HELP ONE MORE PERSON WHO ARRIVED AFTER ME AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND I WAS THERE FIRST!!!! I am so done with them after giving them many chances to get better. Going somewhere else. Have a 🐤 And save your sanity!!!

  USPS, are you going to continue ignoring the bad reviews? I got there at 5pm. They are supposed to close at 530. At 5 01, a lady with the worst attitude ever simply said: we are closing because we have to leave. There were less than 5 people in line and still she just stopped all operations in a very rude way while the other attendant doubled down telling her that she didn't need to give any explanation. Outrageous!
