Can’t drop off prepaid packages any more. Really? I can scan it in the machine but can’t drop it off in the front? Gotta wait in a 30 minute line after scanning my pre labeled packages? What’s the point of that?

Seriously, think twice before you come here. The staff is super unfriendly. I had to wait over 30 minutes because some employee was on break—unbelievable! There was nobody at the counter, not even a note saying they'd be back at a certain time. They should fire the manager in charge or train her how to cover and do schedules. Plus, they should add more self-service machines if they want to save money on staff and avoid long lines. Hello, USPS, try to provide good customer service to your clients.

There was 3 employees working, they were all of older age an older gentleman, a blonde hispanic lady with her eyebrows tattooed around her 50’s and an older white women with dark hair, the blonde hispanic lady was nice and helped me pack my order, the white lady was extremely RUDE and said she could not help me because they don’t do that and her male co worker mentioned the box was too big she then proceded to say “you try to tell people to help them but some are beyond it” she acts like i work for the post office which is why i needed help packing the damn package in the first place, you should probably focus on hiring people that elevate your brand and want to work not lazy rude people that can’t even help pack an order. The blonde hispanic woman was super nice but i do not recommed that rude middle aged white woman at all this is the WORST experience i’ve had in any post office literally did not want to work and kept making negative comments about everything talk about bitter and unprofessional.

This is the nearest USPS to my home. We go to this location every day to scan packages at the self-service kiosk in order to ship orders for my business. I usually bring around 40 to 50 packages per day.
Today, April 25 (Saturday), while I was scanning packages at the self-service kiosk, a lady wearing a red vest told me that I cannot place the packages in the small drop windows (even though they are small packages in bubble mailers). This is unacceptable.
If I go to the counter with 50 packages, the other employees make uncomfortable faces. However, when I scan the packages myself, the manager has said that we are allowed to place them in the drop windows—so what is happening here? There is no consistency.
They also have the large drop window closed and have never fixed it. In addition, the kiosk machines often freeze, forcing you to start over multiple times.
The community should not have to accept this situation. The blond lady there consistently has a bad attitude. USPS corporate should read the reviews for this location and will see repeated complaints about the same employees, including the lady with the red vest and the older employee.
This is unacceptable.
