The counter staff and those managing the line are extremely rude; they possess neither a work ethic nor any respect for customers whatsoever. They answer in a very hostile manner, or—worse yet—when you ask a question, they simply do not reply. They are constantly disrespectful. For proof, PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS for this office's page. I have spoken to the manager twice, only to be met with evasiveness and a refusal to take responsibility for the mistreatment of patrons. Please, ensure they receive training and reorganize the workflow to improve operations at this office. What is the point of having two machines to scan pre-paid packages if—due to poor service and organization—you are ultimately forced to wait in a massive line just to drop off packages at the counter? Today, after being treated appallingly at this office, I personally called the USPS to file a formal complaint and request an investigation into the branch. I am currently awaiting the results of that investigation. The mistreatment of customers continues on every level. I intend to escalate this matter to the highest possible authority to improve local customer service and ensure that future hires meet the standards required for excellent service—or that existing staff, including the manager, receive proper training. This has to be the worst post office in the United States. Mi nombre es Teresa León. Estoy a la espera de los resultados de esta investigación. El maltrato al cliente en todos los aspectos continúa.
