- OBOscar J BraynonJun 29, 20264.0There was only 1 service person and she had to leave for nearly 10 minutes to find another customers package. There was an additional 6 customers in line after she returned. This postal facility should keep at least 2 staff members manning the front.

Today, I'm writing about Norwood USPS..I've lived here since 1985. I ship often, as many immigrants do, all over the world. There has always been a ong line here, 1 sour faced person per 12 people standing in line. Once in a while you find a person who smiles instead of grumbling. The walls are gray or dirty Mediterranean white. What message does the United Postal Service want to send those they serve? You don't matter? We don't get paid enough to be polite? HERE'S A QUESTION: Why are there NO automatic doors? Are you waiting for a lawsuit before you consider the handicapped? Disappointing and disturbing.
