- JTJorge ToledoJul 14, 20261.0This is the second package I've had disappear. I've lived nearby, and it always seems to happen with valuable items, not regular letters. They get marked as "delivered," but there's no real proof, no way to file a proper claim, and the packages never appear. It's unacceptable that customers have to keep chasing their own packages while theft within the postal system seems to go unchecked. I hope this review reaches someone in a leadership position who is willing to strengthen oversight and hold dishonest employees accountable. We pay for this service and expect our mail to be delivered safely. If nothing is done, people will naturally lose confidence in the entire organization.

And she was taking her sweet time! So explanation no im sorry for the delay just slow. While I was in line at least 6 people walked out! No wonder the reviews are so bad at this location!
