- VYVivian YeraAug 18, 20261.0El día 8/18/26 tuve la experiencia más desagradable de un servicio al cliente que se le puede dar a una persona,la trabajadora que se llama Gloria en el turno de la tarde que no era la que me estaba atendiendo llegó de su descanso y se puso hablar por teléfono en alta voz ya sentada en su puesto de trabajo con una fila de varias personas y una sola empleada trabajando, cuando ella vio que yo tenía varios paquetes para entregar y que conste éramos dos personas yo y mi hija,le dijo a la muchacha que no me atendiera que si era ella no lo hacía que ella era una boba por hacerlo esa charla fue en vos muy alta donde todas las personas escucharon la empleada le contestó me quedan 40 minutos y me quiero ir para mi casa se une la supervisora una mujer bajita de pelo rubio y para completar le dijo tú no tienes que hacerlo en medio de todo ese dilema la empleada seguía atendiéndome y yo me pregunto la póliza dice 4 paquetes por persona en mostrador pero éramos dos con 8 paquetes….yo entrego paquetes tres o cuatro veces en la semana pero voy en la mañana donde el trato es diferente fui centro para dar las quejas y me dijeron que el manager estaba en un mitin que me llamaba más tarde y son las 6.15 de la tarde y no me llamó este trato que me dieron es indignante,es una falta de respeto la señora Gloria es de lo peor en atención al cliente
