The psychological abuse and verbal abuse are immense. They throw things at you, yell horribly. Wow, I just left this place and it was a horrible experience. I will definitely not return. These women clearly hate their jobs, and customers have to take out their frustrations by enduring yelling and mistreatment. El servicio al cliente en este lugar, por parte de las mujeres de la taquilla, es completamente inhumano, agresivo y humillante. El abuso psicológico y verbal es inmenso. Te tiran cosas y gritan horriblemente. Vaya, acabo de salir de aquí y fue una experiencia horrible. Definitivamente no volveré. - SRSheila RosaApr 30, 20261.0Unfortunately, my mail carrier was feeling uncomfortable with my dogs so stopped delivering my mail. Therefore, I needed to go to this post office to pick it up. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Maria Aquino, the manager, treated me with the most disrespect and with no responsibility to look for or hand me my mail. After several trips back and forth with the mail carrier and the ladies at the post office, I finally received my mail but with no help from the staff at the post office. Horrible experience with them!

They talk to you nasty and they are so unprofessional. People in there need to be replaced ASAP. Wanda spoke to me with a nasty attitude. I had an appointment at 1:45pm this afternoon and she talks about she's going to lunch and if I want service I need to return at 3pm. Like why do you even have available appointments when nobody is willing to help? Ill do my best to never go to this location.
