Terry has always been my go to individual when I come into the location. His kindness and attention to customer service has always been a huge plus in my eyes over the years. Recently I encounter a new clerk by the name of Betty. She was extremely rude ans helpful during my time of need.
- NNNatachaMay 23, 20261.0I had a very upsetting experience at USPS with an employee named Clerk Dana. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily disrespectful toward me during my visit. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I was left in tears. She even refused to help me until a supervisor stepped in and finally provided the service I needed. There was absolutely no reason for the way I was treated. Customer service should never involve making someone feel humiliated or ignored. I hope USPS addresses this behavior because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Someone named Clerk Dana who was working declined my mother service for absolute no reason and yelled at her continuously. My mother was simply trying to ship something for her business and the lady declined her service until her supervisor had to come. She was so rude and disrespectful till the point my mother cried. THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. I am overly disappointed
