- BKBill K6 days ago1.0This place sucks. I've been here before but this time Ihad to renew my passport. I made an appointment. There were two lines but nothing is delineated. People kept coming in and out, but by some messed up sense of courteousness, the lady started taking on people who allowed up after. She sucks. This place sucks. I had to ask for service and then they told me after. Terrible terrible terrible. They made me be late because of their incompetence. There are no instructions.

After experiencing many of the frustrations associated with package delivery in previous years, I’ve noticed a significant turnaround under the new management. The staff is attentive, courteous, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I especially want to recognize Felix Cardona for his leadership and Gail for her exceptional assistance with shipments related to my business. Both have taken the time to listen, understand the situation, and go above and beyond to help find solutions. I also want to recognize the gentleman who handles the commercial delivery route serving the UPS Store near The Falls. From what I understand, he has been on that route for many years, and his consistency, diligence, and reliability in delivering business packages on time are truly appreciated. More broadly, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement over the past year or two in tracking visibility, package movement through the network, and overall delivery consistency. Packages are moving through processing and routing more efficiently and arriving on time far more consistently than in previous years. For a business customer, reliability and responsiveness matter. I hope USPS leadership recognizes Felix, Gail, the delivery personnel, and the entire Snapper Creek team for the positive difference they’re making.

The staff were incredibly kind and patient. One of the ladies, Miss Gail, could clearly tell I needed some help, so she actually walked outside with me to the computer screen and guided me through the entire process step by step. She was so patient, helpful, and genuinely kind, and made what could have been a painful errand so much easier. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to help me. Excellent customer service.
