- CCCLARA COSSIOMay 2, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting in line for quite some time, just as it was finally my turn, I was told I had to leave because they were going on lunch. There was no consideration, no courtesy, and no effort to assist after making customers wait. When I asked why I couldn’t be helped since I had already been waiting in line and the door was still open, the employee responded loudly in front of other customers in a very dismissive and disrespectful manner. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Customer service should never feel this hostile, especially in a place where people rely on basic services. This level of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training on professionalism and respect toward customers.
