- EGElizabeth Marie Gonzalez1 day ago1.0it is unfortunately that no matter. What time do you come? Or what day you come? This post office has horrible employees. You can say Good Morning, Good Afternoon. They don’t care. They’re not their head. They have an attitude they have a Face. They don’t greet you and they walk a slowest Nails like if they don’t Care. They’re Under listening to music watching YouTube videos right in front of you and make the customer wait until they wanna attend you I wish Pine crust would have a better post office to go to considering that we’re in such a Beautiful área. Unfortunately, I had to give them one star but for me they don’t even deserve that.

BEWARE- usps specifically tells you when you use the self service kiosk that you scanning the item and placing it in the self service bin does not constitute them actually receiving/taking possession of the item. This means that if they lose the package (or their staff steals the item from the self service bin) you have zero recourse you are simply SoL. This is just lazy employees being extra lazy. How hard is it to scan an item already packaged and prepaid and print a receipt? Instead they choose to prioritize customers that haven't already done the work for them (packaging and printing labels) despite theae customers being the reason for the majority of delays with the post office. Poor management. Entitled, uneducated staff.
- MMMarkJul 27, 20261.0I waited in line to get a receipt for my 2 packages, when I got to the lady African American with glasses. I handed her the packages and told her I needed a receipt for confirmation that a dropped it off. She said I scanned it and she wasn't going to give me a receipt. She never scanned it infront of me and she refused to give me a receipt. I'm thinking she wanted to steel my packages. I have been going there almost every week and never had this issue. Very unprofessional !!!
