Today (06/22/26), as I do every week, I came to mail packages at 9:30 a.m., and the office was closed. Then I returned after 10:00 a.m. (leaving work to do so), and the office was still closed. Meanwhile, the online information showed that the office was open, which was simply not true. Every time I need to send packages, I have to worry about whether the post office will be closed or whether the employees will arrive late, causing me to be late for work as well. This has become an ongoing issue and is extremely frustrating. Please address this situation and hire more reliable staff. Customers should be able to depend on the posted business hours and receive consistent service.
