Very disappointing experience with USPS. I sent a certified letter on July 4, but it was never delivered. The tracking initially showed “Insufficient Address.” However, when the letter was returned to me, I confirmed that the address was correct.
I contacted customer service and requested a refund, but they refused, saying they do not issue refunds for this type of mail. Then they changed their explanation and claimed the letter had been delivered to the post office but was never picked up. The information they provided was inconsistent and confusing.
The customer service was extremely poor, and the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. I paid for certified mail expecting reliable delivery and accurate tracking, but I received neither. USPS should take responsibility when a paid service is not completed properly.

This post office is the worst, most unprofessional post office I have ever seen. They are careless, they are disrespectful, and they make no effort to actually do their jobs. Most of the staff feels entitled because they are aware of how difficult it is to fire postal workers. I have never seriously considered privatization of the post office. Until dealing with the staff at this post office. The post office in my neighborhood is absolutely perfect, compared to them, and I only live 5 miles away.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location today.
From the moment I approached the counter, the employee assisting me was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I was there to return some items. When she scanned the return code and asked what it was for, I told her to give me a moment because I needed to check. She responded in a very rude manner, questioning whether I even knew what I was returning.
I stepped aside to let the customer behind me be helped while I looked for the information. When I told her I was ready, she told me, “Move, you are not ready.” I explained that I was ready and asked her to scan the code again because I had already found the information, but she continued telling me to move.
One of my boxes was also open, and she told me I needed to purchase tape because she could not accept it that way. I said that was fine and asked her to charge me for the tape, but she continued repeatedly telling me to move.
At that point, I asked her why she was being so rude to me. I asked several times, but she did not provide any explanation. Instead, she told me that if I did not move, she would call the police.
I moved to the designated area where packages are left and began recording the interaction. She then told me, “Record whatever you want, I don’t care.”
I understand that USPS employees have to deal with many customers every day, and I also understand that there are procedures that need to be followed. However, there is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful and hostile manner.
I hope management reviews this interaction and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location. Basic courtesy and professionalism should not be too much to expect.

These folks were super nice when my passport got lost in the mail. I gave them the tracking number and they personally assured me it would make it into my mailbox. They kept their word and 24hrs later there it was in my mailbox. I was expecting the typical post office not my problem response but no they went above and beyond and made sure my passport got found in the mail and made it to my mailbox.
