- CLCamila LuqueMay 5, 20261.0One star, only because I can't leave zero. The woman working on Tuesday, May 5th, provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I asked what "media mail" meant, she answered with an attitude and had zero intention of helping me. To make matters worse, I spent 20 minutes in line because she was struggling to scan a large box due to her extremely long nails. If you work at a post office, the last thing you need are long nails that interfere with your duties. Zero customer service. Zero empathy. Zero help.

They are conveniently close to the curb so that you can drive up close enough to put your mail or small packages inside one of the boxes. That is a popular drive-up and you may be waiting a minute to put your mail in the box. This is a popular spot for the businesses in the neighborhood also. You will see a lot of employees carrying bins of mail to drop them off before 5:00 pm when the post office closes. I always like to avoid going inside because of the long lines.

THIS DOESNT MAKE NO SENSE AT ALLL!!! AT THIS POINT PLEASE SHUT IT ALL DOWN. THEY DONT WANNA WORK NOBODY KNOWS WHERE MY PACKAGE
