The staff have consistently had rude, unwelcoming attitudes and make customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. If you’re unhappy or having a bad day, it shouldn’t be taken out on the people you’re serving. Professionalism and basic kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, they were completely lacking here. This place needs to be shut down. These people are so unhappy with their lives. If i could, I would leave 0 stars.

The women working there have a terrible attitude and there are no words to describe how unhelpful they are, no matter how kind you are to them. Office is always closed early and opens late. It’s dirty and disorganized. A total shame for one of our services to be kept this way.
- MNMadeleyne NavarroJun 2, 20261.0I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the poor customer service I received at the USPS office located at 18901 W Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33180. i have visited this location twice, and on both occasions I was assisted by the same employee, a woman whose workstation is located near the exit door. During both visits, she treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Most recently, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, I visited the office to request a Change of Address form. When I asked for assistance, the employee responded aggressively and with an inappropriate attitude. She appeared annoyed by my questions, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, and made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I do not understand how an employee with such a negative attitude toward the public can continue to provide customer service. Her behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service that USPS should provide. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. I felt offended, disrespected, and poorly treated.
