Esa mujer tenía una cara de mal genio y todos los clientes dijeron lo mismo los trato muy mal a todos los que estaban ahí en ese momento, todo el tiempo hablando por cell y no ponía cuidado .. Tengo la foto de la mujer y yo llame al 911 ella no quiso ayudarme con mi envío . No debería de tener ese tipo de personas en lugares tan importantes y del gobierno.

When I politely asked for her name so I could file a formal complaint about the way I was being treated, she refused to identify herself and became even more hostile. Because she refused to provide her name, I had no choice but to take a photo so USPS can identify the employee involved and review what happened. My goal is not to attack anyone personally, but to make sure this behavior is addressed and that employees receive proper customer service training. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect, especially by someone whose job is to serve the public. People with this kind of attitude should not be interacting with customers. I sincerely hope USPS takes this complaint seriously so no one else has to go through the same experience
