Instead of assisting everyone or arranging coverage, she simply announced that she was going to lunch and told everyone they could either come back later or drive to another post office. There was no apology, no concern for the people who had already been waiting, and no effort to find a solution. It felt like customers' time didn't matter at all. This level of service is frustrating and reflects very poorly on this location.
