I received the worst customer service of my life in this USPS location. There are no words to describe the attitude, lack of basic customer service skills and disrespect that these employees show you. They will basically yell at you, refuse to scan your box and if they do, they will refuse to give you a receipt for it. Really really bad experience. Disgusting people and place. Not coming back EVER.

Unfortunately, I have repeatedly received very poor treatment at this location. Two of the younger employees often speak rudely to customers and even yell in front of everyone in line. Customers who speak only Spanish seem to be treated even worse. They may not understand everything being said, but they clearly understand that they are being shouted at. It is horrible and humiliating to witness. Even when there is no line, these employees refuse to scan prepaid packages and rudely tell customers to leave them in rolling bins. Several packages I dropped off at this location are currently unaccounted for and continue to show only “Label Created,” with no USPS acceptance scan. This situation is severely affecting my business, my reputation as a seller, and the service my customers receive. I have also personally seen employees press the five-star service rating themselves at the end of a transaction. That evaluation should be completed by the customer, not the employee. I believe it is time for USPS management to visit this location and investigate what is happening. To be fair, there is an older woman who is always helpful, patiently explains everything, and clearly enjoys her job. There is also a gentleman who works in the back who is extremely kind. Unfortunately, the behavior of the two younger employees and the failure to scan packages make visiting this location a very unpleasant and damaging experience for those of us who depend on USPS to operate our businesses.

The supervisor never wanted to help, with bad attitude from the beginning. He didn’t even know the policy of the USPS, I had to go online to show him. Terrible service, bad mood, zero problem solving ability.
