They just sit here talking to each other working at about 10% efficiency with a massive. Never ashamed, but always offended… Disgusting location do not come here.

The only delays with long lines are simply customers not knowing how to mail packages correctly- writing addresses, etc. They shouldn't get in line until they are ready to mail. The self-service kiosk is a life-saver, though. I am in-and-out in 30 seconds after scanning pre-paid mail and dropping it in a secure place in the bin. You can even checkout your own items, as they have a lot of options at the kiosk. The kiosk also prints receipts, and scans the package so it tracks immediately, which you don't always get at the desk. I highly recommend going there to skip the line- haven't waited on that line for several months after I found this out. Also, after closing time at 5:30pm- the self-service kiosks remain open inside the store, so if you're commuting after work- this is a game changer!

If there’s no one there you cannot drop off a package at all because it’s FULL and the receipt printer always out of paper and ink along with the label printer terrible post office I hate the fact that’s it’s the nearest one near me. I also struggle because I want to get my orders out on time but you guys don’t make that possible.
