The customer service at this post office is extremely poor. It is better to go to a different USPS location. The service provided by the clerks is consistently unprofessional and below the standard customers should expect.

I am a regular customer here, practically every week, and I have witnessed many people mistreating and disrespecting the employees here, especially now that they are all women. About a few weeks ago, my daughter Zulimar and I were present during an incident where a customer behaved aggressively. After that, she took photos or videos of the employee, threatened her, yelled at her, and was extremely rude. This is not the first time I have seen situations like this. In fact, this is one of the best, if not the best, post offices I have ever visited. Every employee has always treated me with professionalism, respect, and kindness. At least in my experience, as someone who behaves decently and with proper manners, they have always been exceptional. I have even discussed this with them, and they have shared how frustrating it is when people who clearly have personal or emotional issues are often given the benefit of the doubt, while taking it out on employees. It is important to point out that just because they are employees does not mean they deserve to be screamed at, disrespected, or treated without basic courtesy. I have personally supported and defended them when I have seen customers being unfair and clearly in the wrong. About three or four weeks ago, there was a woman claiming she was an attorney. My daughter made a post so the truth and reality of the situation could be known, because this woman wrote defamatory statements and violated the privacy of another human being. I am writing this positive review because I was there again today, and as always, I left happy, satisfied, and properly attended to. I wish people could see how things really are in other post offices so they could understand how different this one is. As many people say, this place is truly a hidden gem.I also saw that the so-called attorney left a review. My daughter is an attorney herself, and when we searched the Florida Bar, her name did not appear. Instead, we came across another reality: this person is a former inmate with a mugshot, and for the exact same kind of behavior she displayed there — extreme aggression. It is very easy to make accusations and leave comments when people do not know your past. But to attack employees, who are probably mothers and heads of households simply trying to earn an honest living, is unacceptable. Here I leave this as evidence of the so-called Jessica Melo accusing an employee and, typically, doing the same thing in every place she goes, so people can understand that customers are not always right. Thank you. Mrs. Dávila

This is a Hidden Gem among United States Post Offices because it's never crowded here. Yes, it could be a little bit of a rush during lunch hours, but nothing like other post offices where you literally stand in line for 30 minutes or more. Every single time I've come here, I've been attended to within 5 minutes. Everyone here is very friendly as well.

Testimony of a customer who was present: On or around 3:15 PM on June 8, 2026, I witnessed a situation involving a customer who identified herself as an attorney. When the employee greeted her twice by saying “Good Afternoon,” the customer responded that she was not obligated to return the greeting because she was an attorney and, if she did not want to respond, she did not have to, but like she was mad because the employee it was being or teaching her how to act properly. The employee replied that, based on her values, education, and commitment to customer service, she believes it is important to greet customers respectfully. The attorney then left the premises. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Later, the same woman returned, began taking photographs of the employee, and demanded her name in a very rude manner. The employee a soon as she approached me while I was on a transaction ( the employee was explaining to me about a prepaid envelope) and this lady interrupted our conversation coming close to me at the retail counter like we was at the park or in a fast food, At that point, I informed the employee that I would be willing to serve as a witness regarding the situation because I had observed the entire interaction from the moment the woman entered the establishment. I witnessed the woman interrupt the employee while she was assisting another customer. She then interrupted her again while I was at the transaction, in a rude and aggressive manner while demanding her name. Throughout the interaction, the woman appeared to be using her status as an attorney to intimidate the employee. She was laughing like a evil person or under chemical substances, and as soon as she went outside I say unbelievable. I was shocked I would like to ask: if a judge were to say “Good Afternoon” to her, would she respond the same way? Does having a professional title give someone the right to disregard basic human values and courtesy by claiming that, if they do not wish to respond, they simply will not? Who teach a person to be like this at home? I feel ashamed and I’m not her. If someone chooses not to respond to a greeting from a customer service employee who is treating them respectfully, they may simply ignore it and move on. Instead, this individual created an unnecessary scene. In addition to myself, there were two other people in line who also witnessed the incident and indicated they would be willing to testify if necessary. I give them my email address, my daughter is a lawyer and never see her acting like that and I will never approve or allow this type of conduct. I hope this statement helps address future situations of this nature because employees do not always have the opportunity to defend themselves or have witnesses willing to speak on their behalf. I work at a restaurant near the area, and I can personally attest that the employee whom the attorney claims to have had an altercation that she created whit, was the same employee who assisted me. She provided excellent customer service and demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respect, and human kindness. She was explaining me my options until it get interrupted, by this “lawyer” I’m already in communication whit management to see if there is any way possible to get information, of this call herself lawyer whit no respect and no ethic using a profesión to be nasty, to do a report to the Florida board, people like this whit lack of humanity shouldn’t be using their profession as an excuse, or power to have lack of respect whit other human beings, even the way she was dress it look like a person whit no dignity showing off everything, how nasty Miami is being lately… we need empathy I leave here information of the Florida board so anybody that knows about this lawyer or other situation report her or any other “lawyer” whit no ethic like her

I am a frequent customer at this USPS location and visit almost daily for business purposes. I have never had issues with any of the other employees here. In fact, the employee working at the end counter during my visit was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and I appreciate her assistance. Unfortunately, my interaction with another employee on June 8, 2026, between approximately 3:15 PM and 3:22 PM, was completely different. I walked in and simply asked whether the self-service machines were working, since they had been out of service during a previous visit. I was not rude, disrespectful, or argumentative. I asked a straightforward question as a customer seeking assistance. Instead of receiving a professional response, I was met with an unnecessary confrontation regarding whether I had said “good afternoon” before asking my question. The interaction quickly became uncomfortable and unprofessional in front of other customers. What was most concerning was that the employee refused to provide her name or employee identification when requested and proceeded to make personal comments during the interaction. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a public-facing employee. I have submitted a formal complaint and requested that management review the surveillance footage from the time of the incident. I hope USPS addresses this matter appropriately and ensures that all customers are treated with professionalism and respect. Thankfully, this experience does not reflect the service I have received from the other employees at this location, many of whom have always been courteous and helpful.
